Terms of Use
IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Introduction
UnityWallet is a non-custodial digital wallet designed for holding digital assets. As a non-custodial (or self-custodial) wallet, you, the user, have complete control and responsibility over your private keys and digital assets. This means that securing your cryptocurrency holdings and ensuring their safety is entirely your responsibility.
Digital assets, commonly referred to as cryptocurrencies or digital tokens, are digital representations of value that use cryptographic techniques to secure and verify transactions on decentralized, typically blockchain-based, networks. These assets can take various forms, including but not limited to cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin, as well as digital tokens issued through Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) or other mechanisms. Digital assets are used for various purposes, such as a medium of exchange, a store of value, or a way to access and utilize decentralized applications (dApps) within the blockchain ecosystem.
By using UnityWallet, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your actions and any potential losses incurred. UnityWallet does not assume liability for any loss of assets, and you agree to safeguard your wallet and private keys.
Please note that the availability of UnityWallet services may be subject to regulatory approval in certain jurisdictions. Additionally, some services, market data, and other information provided within UnityWallet are sourced from third-party providers. Real-time quotes and trade prices may not be sourced from all markets. UnityWallet makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any information provided by third parties.
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the UnityWallet website and the UnityWallet mobile application, available for download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
If you disagree with these terms, we respectfully request that you discontinue the use of the Website, App, and Services immediately.

5. RISK FACTORS
Before using our services, you should carefully consider and evaluate the following risk factors, along with all other information outlined in these Terms of Use:
5.1. Market Risk
Trading, buying, or selling decentralized finance (DeFi) and cryptocurrency assets carries significant risks due to extreme market volatility. The value of digital assets can fluctuate dramatically, sometimes within hours or even minutes. You should only invest funds that you are prepared to lose.

5.4. Private Key Risks
Digital asset transfers require the use of unique private keys. If your private key is lost or destroyed, it will result in the irreversible loss of access to your assets. The Company does not have access to your private keys and is not responsible for any loss of access to your personal virtual wallets.
5.5. Technological Difficulties
Any technical issues experienced by the Company or its platform may disrupt access to or the use of your digital assets. These technological difficulties can temporarily or permanently affect your ability to engage with your assets.
5.6. Speculative Nature
Trading and holding digital assets is highly speculative and inherently risky. The Company does not guarantee any profit or positive outcome from your trading activities or use of the platform. You should carefully assess whether holding digital assets aligns with your financial circumstances and risk tolerance.
