1. Introduction
The UnityWallet Loyalty Program ("Program") is a loyalty initiative provided by UnityWallet App ( "we," "our," "us"). By participating in the Program, members can earn points ("Points") by completing eligible activities and using specific app features. Accumulated Points allow members to progress through Tier Levels, each offering distinct benefits, perks, and privileges, as detailed in these Terms and Conditions. The terms "you" and "your" refer to any member participating in the Program.
These Terms and Conditions apply when you create or access an account within the UnityWallet App.
PLEASE READ THESE PROGRAM RULES CAREFULLY TO FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH
THE BASIS UPON WHICH BENEFITS AND REWARDS MAY BE EARNED, AWARDED,
VARIED OR CANCELLED.
2. Enrolling in the Program
The UnityWallet Loyaty Program ("Program") is available exclusively to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is older, and who possess a valid email address. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with all applicable laws governing loyalty or rewards programs.
To enroll in the Program, you must meet the eligibility requirements outlined above and:
Create an account with the UnityWallet App;
Sign in to your existing account; or
Be prompted to accept these Terms and Conditions.
By completing any of the above steps, you will be required to accept these Terms and Conditions, and you will become a member ("Member") of the Program. Participation is limited to eligible individuals only—companies, groups, and organizations are not eligible to join. Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared. They are for personal, non-commercial use only.
If you choose not to participate in the Program, you may delete your account at any time. To cancel and terminate your membership, use the appropriate section within the UnityWallet App (available on iOS and Android).
Upon termination or cancellation of your membership, all unused Points, privileges, benefits, and perks will be forfeited, and no value will be credited to you. Deleting your account will result in:
Loss of access to your profile and account statement;
Cessation of Points accumulation from eligible activities;
Forfeiture of any accumulated Points and Tier status.
Once deleted, your account and any associated membership in the UnityWallet Loyalty Program cannot be reactivated. To rejoin in the future, you must create a new account.
Membership in the Program is void where prohibited by law in your state or country of residence. These Terms and Conditions may be updated as necessary to comply with such laws or regulations.
3. Definitions
i. "Account" – Refers to the account you create with UnityWallet App. If you meet the eligibility requirements, this account will automatically enroll you in the Program. It is also where your Points are accrued or deducted.
ii. "Member" – Refers to an individual who meets the eligibility criteria, holds an Account, has applied for membership in the Unity Wallet Loyalty Program, and has been issued a membership number.
iii. "Points" – Refers to the standard points earned by a Member for using the app and completing challenges as determined by the Unity Wallet Loyalty Program. Points are earned according to these Terms and Conditions through Eligible Activities and promotional offers.
iv. "Eligible Activity" – Refers to any standalone activity completed by a Member that qualifies for earning Points (see the activity chart for details).
v. "Membership Tier Period" – Refers to a continuous, uninterrupted period starting from the date of a Membership Tier qualification and ending on the last day of the same calendar month in the following year, or each subsequent 12-month period thereafter.
vi. "Tier Challenge" – Refers to an activity within the app that a Member must complete to earn Points, which count toward progress in achieving or maintaining a Membership Tier.
vii. "Tiers" – Refers to the Bronze, Silver, or Gold levels that a Member can achieve based on the Program’s Terms and Conditions.
viii. "Program Benefits" – Refers to the additional advantages a Member receives for participating in the Program, as outlined and updated periodically.
ix. "Perks/Privileges" – Refers to the specific features and services provided by UnityWallet App to its Members as part of the Program.
x. "Membership Tier Requirement" – Has the meaning provided in Clause 6 of these Terms and Conditions.
xi. "Year" – Defined as a period of exactly 365 consecutive days.
xii. "Month" – Defined for the purposes of the Program as a period of 30.5 days.
4. Earning Points
Points can only be earned by the Account owner through Eligible Activities. Members will earn Points for all Eligible Activities (see chart below). The number of Points earned is based on specific rules, such as varying time frames and limits for each activity. Your Points balance increases with in-app activity, granting access to new features, cashback, and giveaways.
To earn Points, you must be a registered Member and signed into your Account at the time of completing an Eligible Activity. Points will not be earned for activities conducted when you are not signed in or if you create an Account after completing those activities. Additionally, Points cannot be earned on taxes, fees, cancellation charges, or refundable deposits from third-party providers.
Pending Points
After completing an Eligible Activity, the estimated Points will be placed in a pending status. Pending Points are calculated based on the specifics of the Tier Challenge and the activity performed. Any changes or cancellations to the activity may affect the final number of Points earned.
Pending Points are not eligible for Tier upgrades, and pending Tier Challenges do not count toward Tier status. For pending Points to become available and for pending Tier Challenges to be confirmed, the Eligible Activity must be completed. Once the Points are available, they can be applied toward Tier upgrades, and Tier Challenges will count toward your Tier status.
Point Limitations
Points are promotional in nature, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
Points cannot be assigned, sold, transferred, or pledged to any third party.
You do not hold any property rights or legal interests in the Points you accumulate in the UnityWallet Loyalty Program.
You are responsible for any personal tax liability associated with your participation in the Program.

5. Validity of Points
Points are valid for 365 days from the date a Member completes the relevant Eligible Activity. After this period, Points will expire and be automatically deducted from the Member’s Account on the last day of the 365-day term.
It is the Member’s responsibility to track their Points and expiration dates. This information can be monitored at any time through the UnityWallet App.
6. Membership Tiers
Tier status is a key benefit of the UnityWallet Loyaty Program. Upon joining, you will begin at the base tier. To advance to a higher tier, you must meet the specific criteria outlined below.
In some cases, Bronze, Silver, or Gold tier status may be offered directly by UnityWallet or its partners, based on criteria set by us or our partners. Only Eligible Activities and Tier Challenges contribute towards achieving Bronze, Silver, or Gold tier status.
Members can qualify for higher tiers by accumulating the required number of Points within a year, as detailed in the table below. Silver, Gold, and Platinum members are entitled to additional Program Benefits, which may be subject to further terms and conditions. These benefits are promotional, have no cash value, cannot be transferred to other Members, and cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
UnityWallet reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or withdraw any benefits at any time. Changes that benefit or do not materially affect you may be made without notice. However, significant changes will be communicated with at least 15 days’ notice, where permitted by law. For detailed information on Tier Benefits, please refer to the section below. Note that certain benefits and offers may not be available in all regions.
Tier Status Review and Adjustment
A Member’s tier status may be upgraded, retained, or downgraded based on their activity during the applicable Membership Tier Period and Membership Tier Upgrade Period ("Membership Tier Requirements"). Tier status is valid only for the duration of the Member’s current Membership Tier Period. If a Member fails to meet the required points or challenges during this period, they will be downgraded to the previous tier.
The number of Points and Tier Challenges required for each Membership Tier may be adjusted by UnityWallet at any time. Such changes will be communicated via the Program Rules, the UnityWallet website, or within the UnityWallet App.
Errors and Misuse
If a Member is granted a Membership Tier due to an error, system malfunction, or misuse of the Program, Unity Wallet reserves the right to withhold the upgrade or adjust the Member’s tier accordingly.
Unity Wallet may also introduce new Membership Tiers or make changes to existing tiers at its sole discretion.

7. Tier Benefits and Privileges
As Members advance through the Tiers, they become eligible to receive "Privileges," "Perks," and "Cashback" benefits. Each Tier Upgrade grants specific benefits, which are subject to the following rules:
i. Buy/Sell Cashback – Cashback is applied to every Buy/Sell transaction for Members in the Gold Tier.
ii. Swap Cashback – Cashback is applied to every Swap transaction for Members in eligible Tiers (see below for details).
iii. KYT Service – Members in the Silver and Gold Tiers receive access to the KYT (Know Your Transaction) service.
iv. Enhanced KYT – Gold Tier Members who are verified (KYC) users receive detailed KYT reports.
v. Sub-Accounts – Additional Sub-Accounts are granted to Members in eligible Tiers.
vi. Identity Privilege – A profile badge is awarded to reflect the Member's current Tier status.

8. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The UnityWallet Loyalty Program is available to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is older, and who possess a valid email address.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. Changes may include, but are not limited to, rules and rates for earning and using Points, Tier requirements, the expiration policy for Points, Rewards, Program Benefits, and the products and services on which Points may be earned and redeemed. These changes may impact your ability to use Points, Rewards, or Benefits you have already earned.
We will make every effort to notify you of any material changes before they take effect. Notices will be sent to the contact details you have provided for your account or displayed within the UnityWallet app or website. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is up to date.
Your continued participation in the Program after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
9. Suspension and Termination of the Program
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict or limit the availability of the UnityWallet Loyalty Program at any time, for any reason or no reason, with prior reasonable written notice and without liability to you.
The Program does not have a predetermined end date and will continue until we decide to terminate it. We may terminate the Program at any time. In the event of termination, you will be given at least 15 days' notice from the date the termination is announced. After this period, all unused Points and benefits will be forfeited without recourse.
10. Improper Member Activity
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any Member whom we reasonably believe is tampering with the operation of the Program, violating these Terms and Conditions, or engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behavior. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may constitute a breach of criminal and civil law, and we reserve the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We monitor all Program activity for compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If we detect fraud, abuse, improper conduct, or suspicious activity in your Account, such as (but not limited to):
Selling, bartering, or trading Points, Benefits, or Privileges;
Using fraudulently acquired Points;
Requesting Points without completing Eligible Activities;
Misusing Promotional Points;
Accessing another Member’s Account;
Creating or using the Program for non-individual purposes,
or any other violations of these Terms ("Improper Activity"), we may immediately freeze or close your Account and suspend all Program Benefits.
If Improper Activity is confirmed, you may lose all accumulated Points, Tier Privileges, and Program Benefits, and we reserve the right to take legal action. You may also be liable for monetary losses, including litigation costs and damages, and may be permanently banned from the Program.
Eligible Activities or Tier Challenges associated with Improper Activity will result in the revocation of Points, and the Account involved will be frozen from further Points earning or Tier Challenge participation.
If you wish to contest the freezing, disqualification, or termination of your Account, or the rescinding of Points, please contact the relevant Participating Partnership.
